Book Tour Day 24 – Final Huzzah!

So yep, I’m in NYC for the National Book Foundation excitement, but before I fill you in on that, I am duty-bound to wrap up my tour coverage, New Orleans style.

This gate, covered with gris-gris stuff, was in the shop where we ate po’ boy sandwiches.

I met VERY enthusiastic fans!!

St. George’s School had this painting of the American Saint George flanked with their dragon mascots.

They also had this photo from Eli Manning, who went to school there.

The event at Octavia Books was packed with people….

… including this woman, who knows me through MySpace, and drove – with her small children – three hours from Mobile, AL. Thank you, Wonderwegian!
