  1. Thanks for posting the interview. It might’ve given me a hint of something I’ve been wondering – where did you get the title Wintergirls? Did it just come up as you wrote it, as in that passage you read in the NPR interview, or did it come from that band you listed, Winterpills, or both?

    Before this, the closest I’d seen to it was a Heather Nova song, “Winterblue,” but the lyrics don’t fit. “Maybe an Angel,” would be better.

    Anyway, don’t forget to breathe, and my best to Seattle.
