The need to concentrate

I’m working on my taxes today.

Math is an unnatural habit, as far as I’m concerned.

My accountant hates me.

  1. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world, knowing I have finally put my last ever (college) math class behind me. LUCK-I-EST! : ) Good luck with that!

  2. I hope everyone invests in using TurboTax. It looked at the college tuition money I spent 243 different ways to see how to best to claim. Ended up under lifetime learning credit. I’m sure it can do some miracle for writer expenses too.

  3. I hear you. I spent last Sunday doing that very thing. I don’t know how my accountant feels about me, but I am soooooooooooo glad to have her!

I keep thinking someone ought to be able to teach math to folks who are mathematically challenged, the same way they teach reading to folks who have trouble. Someday, maybe.

  4. My husband started a construction co. and then incorporated. Now I’m even more clueless as to what to do. I’m not even sure what papers to get together for our accountant. I’m an artist not a paper work, math person.

Amen, Sister! I think my accountant would hate me too, but since she’s my sister, she’s not allowed to 🙂 We book people were not meant to do business things!

    Cheers!
