Don’t hate me for this

We watched Van Helsing last night. For the 20 millionth time. I can’t help myself. I love that movie.

Sent in the dedication and acknowledgments for TWISTED. Was shocked to see you can already pre-order it on Amazon. Zoiks, the world moves fast.

Now that I am finally caught up on my mail, I am writing several very-overdue articles. Then it’s back to work on my historical novel.

Did any of you guys want to hear about our Renaissance Festival adventure? I can be an ubergeek on the topic and don’t want to bore anyone.

  1. March 17! ^__^

Anyway, I don’t know about everybody else who reads your journal, but I’d love to hear about your time at the Renaissance Festival. I’ve never actually been to one, but my friends always tell me how awesome they are.

  2. Ooo! I’d love to hear about your Ren Fest adventure! Is there anything new and exciting there this year?

  3. You MUST tell about the Renaissance Festival. And when I say MUST, I mean I’d love to hear about it. Ubergeek away! (Yes that was ubergeek as a verb)

  4. Renaissance? Oh, yes! Did you dress in costume? Was there interesting food? Did they let you take part in any reinactments or plays? Were there lots of swords? Human chess games? Crafts? There is a large annual Medieval Faire in Norman, Oklahoma, near the OU campus that the kids and I have enjoyed.

  5. Completely off-topic, but you’re the cover story on the Syracuse New Times this week!! *runs off to read cover story*

LOVE to hear about Renn Faire adventures – Sterling is always fun!

  6. Oh, stop it. No aunt is a dull aunt. Especially one’s on my mom’s side of the family. I’ve heard stories Aunt Barb, so don’t try to pretend that you are dull!

  7. Van Helsing

Of course you love Van Helsing, it is the all time best movie ever… My friend Megan and I make it a regular thing to watch it every month at least once. I don’t know what it is about that movie, but it’s entirely addicting..

Beth and I can’t wait for Twisted to hit stores- I’d pre order it if I didn’t live the life of a trailerpark library junkie.
    😀
